What does "awaiting shipment" mean?

Awaiting shipment means your order has been received and will be shipped within the handling time! You will get an email with the tracking number shortly!

Is Your Jewelry Real?

EVERYTHING WE HAVE IS REAL!

Our jewelry falls into 2 collections:

-Solid 925 sterling silver

-Stainless steel (gold plated or natural), which is of the best quality and lasts for years!

 

Are your diamonds real?

We sell man made diamonds or moissanite. Both are very high quality stones and looks 99.9% same as natural diamonds at a fraction of the cost!

 

Will your diamonds pass diamond tester?

Our man made diamonds trick some basic diamond testers however if you need your jewelry to pass and look EXACTLY as real diamonds please check out our moissanite collection here: https://harlembling.com/diamond-moissanite/

 

Whats the return policy? 

We offer a full 14 day refund if you are not satisfied with your jewelry for any reason. So buy a piece, wear it to the party or go swimming at the pool with it...it wont change color; but if it does you always have the peace of mind knowing we got you covered!

 

My order wasn't shipped yet and I want to cancel or modify it!

Please email info@harlembling.com right away. Do not text or write messages through social media. If order hasnt been shipped yet we will modify or refund. If was already shipped we will have to wait until you receive it and then we ask you to open a return and send it back using a free label for a refund/replacement.

 

 

Why was my order cancelled by Harlembling?

 

90% of time its because you made an error with your address ( we will contact you and try to resolve ASAP).

In addition all orders go through a stringent security check to verify the authenticity of the payment method you used. Some cases we aren't able to tell you exactly why your order was cancelled. Some reasons include: Mismatch or billing and shipping address or IP address, pattern of fraudulent activity, as well as fraudulent activity on other sites as obtained by public information. If we notice a fraudulent transaction we report the IP address as well as the delivery address to local and federal law enforcement immediately.

 

 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major US credit cards.

We also accept Sezzle so you can pay in interest free monthly installments! Sezzle accepts PayPal, Western Union, & many other payment providers.

 

How much is shipping?
