Good quality unfortunately the customer service is non existent for the wrong pendant I received so if they get you right the first time feel blessed cause the quality is there if it's wrong just count your losses and move on I guess
the chain hangs straight, which is a good thing and indicative of good quality
it has a lobster clasp, which is much more secure than a spring ring (if i am not mistaken, all of Harlembling's clasps are lobster clasps, so he's not cheaping out with the untrustworthy spring ring)
some of the horizontal bars in the middle (mariner design) are not straight, but i don't care because the price was ridiculously stupid low, even by Harlembling standards. The price was slightly above the spot price of silver, which if you are familiar with pricing, is dirt cheap- a steal really. I theorize that this batch of necklaces was subpar quality, so Eddie (owner and founder of Harlembling) being a very honest and fair businessman, did the right thing and sold them a a massive discount; other businessmen/ companies when faced with the same situation would just say "screw it we'll sell the imperfect batch at full price"
