Shipping Policy – Harlembling

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options vary by location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Harlembling is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
