Our Extended Warranty provides additional protection for your jewelry against common issues that may occur during normal, everyday wear.

What's Covered

Coverage includes eligible issues resulting from normal use, including:

Missing or loose stones

Stones that fall out during normal wear

Broken or defective clasps

Broken links or connectors resulting from normal wear

Chain or bracelet breakage resulting from normal wear

Prong or stone-setting issues

Tarnishing or oxidation

Discoloration resulting from normal wear

Gold plating or vermeil fading from normal wear

Rhodium finish fading from normal wear

Minor manufacturing defects that become apparent after purchase

Other functional defects resulting from normal, intended use

At Harlembling's discretion, an approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or exchange depending on the item and circumstances.

Maximum One Exchange

Each warranty is limited to a maximum of one (1) replacement or exchange during the entire life of the warranty. Once an item has been replaced or exchanged under the warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and no additional replacement or exchange claims may be made under that warranty.

What's Not Covered

The Extended Warranty does not cover:

Lost or stolen jewelry

Lost items or items that cannot be returned to Harlembling

Intentional damage or abuse

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Crushed, severely bent, cut, or intentionally broken jewelry

Damage caused by excessive force, accidents, or impacts outside normal everyday wear

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, resizing, or alterations

Damage resulting from use of the jewelry in a manner for which it was not intended

Complete loss of the item or inability to provide the covered item for inspection

Fraudulent claims

Normal cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the jewelry, such as minor scratches, dents, or surface wear, are not considered physical defects unless specifically approved by Harlembling.

Claims & Eligibility

Customers must provide their original order information and may be required to submit clear photographs or return the jewelry for inspection. Harlembling reserves the right to determine whether damage resulted from normal wear and whether a claim qualifies for coverage.

Coverage applies only to the specific eligible item for which the Extended Warranty was purchased and is non-transferable.
